10 years of communication for Haleon

For over 10 years, we have been assisting the Nyon-Prangins team at the Haleon campus in Switzerland with their internal communications. This campus employs around 1,100 staff of more than 50 nationalities who are responsible for developing, manufacturing and marketing high-quality healthcare products, such as Voltaren, Panadol and Otrivin. Together, we went through the evolution from Novartis to GSK Consumer Healthcare in 2015 and since 2022 this division has been operating independently under the name Haleon.

The products manufactured in Nyon are distributed all over the world. As a global player, HaleonNyon-Prangins does feel a responsibility to help the local community and does so through volunteering. Every year, more than 250 employees give up their time to support 18 social projects.

Their baseline is therefore not for nothing:

Go beyond. Do what matters most. Keep it human.

We work for several departments within the Haleon campus in Nyon.

One of the regular assignments within the internal communication that we do for them is the monthly internal newsletter for the Europe Quality Supply Chain department.

Each month, fixed topics are covered:

  • An introduction by one of the core members of the EMEA Supply Chain team.
  • A new local team is introduced each month.
  • In addition, we share the personal story of one of the team members.
  • We zoom in on the EU Quality department.
  • Plus, we always tell a 'behind the scene' story.

Under the banner of GSK Consumer Healthcare, the newsletter looked very different to now, under the umbrella of the Haleon Group.
They strongly value inclusivity and you can see that in their brand new purpose: To deliver better everyday health with humanity.

Besides this newsletter, we also help the campus with other communication projects:

  • Creation of wall visuals throughout the Nyon site
  • Revamping internal powerpoint presentations in the look and feel of the Haleon Group across departments
  • Creation of online banners, welcome brochures for print, ...
