Pubmarket NV is therefore the data controller and determines which personal data is collected, for what purpose it is collected, and what means are used to collect it.

Processors.

When we use subcontractors to process data, this will always be in line with the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. Additionally, we will always provide clear instructions on the processing and establish via a processing contract that the processing must comply with this privacy policy.

CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to a recipient located in a country not covered by an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission will be governed by the provisions of a data transfer agreement containing the standard contractual clauses, as specified in the ‘European Commission Decision of 5 February 2010 (Decision 2010/87/EU)’, or another mechanism under privacy laws or other regulations regarding personal data processing.

Pubmarket NV reserves the right to update this privacy policy by posting a new version on the website. It is advisable to regularly check the website and the page on which the privacy policy is displayed to stay informed of any changes.
